I am Charles (Chuck) Quigley, Owner of Monte-Co Home Watch, proudly serving much of Montezuma County, including Cortez, Dolores, and Mancos.
The foundation of Monte-Co Home Watch is built on my forty years of professional experience in nearly every aspect of residential construction, maintenance, and repair. My background includes licensing as a General Contractor, a Subcontractor specializing in plastering, and a past Licensed Real Estate Professional. This diverse experience—spanning cabinetmaking, tile, flooring, framing, and drywall—allows me to identify issues that an ordinary visitor would miss. I was also certified as a Mold Remediation Specialist, adding critical insight to our inspection process.
